Is being a slave to fashion environmentally irresponsible, or am I just cheap and lazy?

    hellooooo: hand me overs... is that socially irresponsible? I don't think so. And some (some) of that stuff is built in places waaaaaaaaaay better than where the GAP builds it's clothes.

    You DO have a point! And, truthfully, the nicest things I have did come from a certain Mariette....Left to my own self, I would sadly have a closet full of the same black t-shirt and NYDJs. Oh wait a minute - I DO (with the exception of said lovely hand me overs.... for which I am seriously grateful!)
