Last night, I purchased this. And tonight I've been wrestling with the steep learning curve - baking and trying to master the powers of my new acquisition by photographing the end result of the baking bonanza. So far the AF-360FGZ is winning, but I'll get there.
In the meantime, here's a sneak preview of what I was baking tonight to bring to the volunteer crew at the Vancouver Folk Music Festival on the weekend. I can tell you that it is lovely, light and lemony.....
