SWEET!!! Hello Dolly Bars

These are kind of ridiculously sweet. (Personally, I don't find that too much of a problem given that I have a ridiculously sweet tooth!) In FACT, one could probably argue that they transcend the cookie category entirely, shoulder their way through the "bar" category, and stand proudly in the candy aisle. They are also unbelievably easy to make, so you can seriously whip these up with about 20 minutes notice. And THAT is the most sweet thing of all!

1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup pecan pieces
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Preheat your oven to 350.

Melt butter (via microwave or stove). Stir the butter into the graham wafer crumbs and press evenly into the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan. Layer the coconut, pecans, the butterscotch and chocolate chips on top of the crust. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the whole danged thang.

Bake for about 25 minutes (until the top starts to brown).

Let them cool on the counter for about an hour and then score them with a knife (but don't try pulling them out of the pan yet as they'll fall apart). Then chill for several hours before serving.
